Job summary

Paradise Garden Landscaping Inc in Warren, MI, is seeking a full-time, year-round crew leader to manage daily operations and supervise lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and cleanup. You will train and motivate a small crew, ensure safety, and coordinate with scheduling software while keeping equipment in good condition.

Required: 2+ years landscaping with leadership, valid chauffeur’s license, good English (Spanish helpful), ability to lift 50+ lbs, and comfort with mobile scheduling

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscaping or groundskeeping experience; leadership preferred.
• Valid chauffeur’s license with clean driving and criminal record.
• Professional English communication (Spanish a plus).
• Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and communication.
• Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs.
