Job summary

Areas of Responsibility

• At least 3 years of consulting experience, preferably at least 4 years in Supply Chain Planning/Fulfillment Software.
• At least 2 end-to-end Implementation and Upgrade experience on latest JDA modules (v8x, 9x onwards - JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment, JDA ESP, JDA S&OP, JDA Order Promiser).
• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle (Requirement gathering workshops, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover planning and Super User Training).
• Write high-level design documents covering functional, interfacing and reporting requirements, including package extensions/customizations.
• Hands‑on configuration of at least two enlisted SCM modules (JDA Demand, Fulfillment, ESP, S&OP, Order Promiser).
• Build or lead POC/prototype discussions with client for at least two JDA modules; provide functional and business‑process knowledge in forecasting, production, and distribution planning.
• Adopt industry best practices to shape solution design; assist clients in mapping and re‑engineering business practices, integrating JDA SCM applications with existing client ecosystems.
• Coach and mentor engagement team members on design and implementation issues.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage but not required.

• At least 11 years of experience in IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
• Strong domain expertise in Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, or Utilities.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
