Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Castle Rock, CO. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting daily operations, and driving sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage customers, handle transactions on POS systems, assist with inventory and visual merchandising, and collaborate with team members to meet store goals while upholding safety and policy standards.

Minimum Requirements

• A set, weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with the company’s policies.
• Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports.

Physical Demands

Requires prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day. Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer’s feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks. May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale. Required to lift items weighing 5 – 25 lbs regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher. Must have good vision, including color differentiation. The work environment for this position is a moderately noisy retail setting. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Compensation

• Store Associate pay range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
