The Finish Line, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking an energetic Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at JD Finish Line stores. You will help drive sales and ensure high standards of service in a dynamic environment.

As a Store Associate, you will assist customers, manage merchandising, and collaborate with a team to meet store goals. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required, with basic math and POS proficiency valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum Requirements: A set, weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs. Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required. Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with the company’s policies. Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers. Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports.

• Physical Demands: Requires prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day. Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer’s feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks. May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale. Required to lift items weighing 5 – 25 lbs regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher. Must have good vision, including color differentiation. The work environment for this position is a moderately noisy retail setting.
