JD Finish Line in Philadelphia seeks an energetic Associate to help run daily store operations and deliver memorable customer experiences.

You will support sales, assist with merchandising and shipments, and contribute to a fast-paced team while upholding store standards and safety policies. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.* **Flexibility:** Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.* **Tech-Savvy:** Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.**Minimum Requirements:*** A set, weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs.* Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.* Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with the company’s policies.* Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.* Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports.**Physical Demands:*** Requires prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day.* Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer’s feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks.* May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale.* Required to lift items weighing 5 – 25 lbs regularly.
