South Plains Mall’s JCPenney is seeking a Beauty Consultant to deliver a personalized, engaging shopping experience. You will demonstrate beauty products, share techniques, and use in-depth product knowledge to enrich clients’ lives.

You will proactively engage clients, stay current on beauty trends, and support area standards while keeping merchandise appealing and available for shoppers. This role emphasizes strong communication and relationship-building within a fast-paced retail environment.

The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing a personalized, engaging and fun shopping experience to clients, demonstrating beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich our client's lives.
