Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable Commercial Cleaner for a part-time morning role in West Orange, NJ. The position offers approximately 20 hours per week, with Monday through Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at customer locations.

Ideal candidates are punctual, can work independently or as part of a team, and take pride in keeping spaces clean. Prior commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 AM–11:00 AM.
• Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture, desks, shelves, and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Clean breakrooms and common areas.
• Clean offices, hallways, entrances, and other areas.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report low supplies or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Complete duties within the scheduled shift.
• Represent Clean Team professionally at customer locations.

ABOUT THE JOB

Clean Team Inc. is looking for dependable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner to join our team in West Orange, NJ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting furniture, desks, shelves, and other surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms and common areas
• Cleaning offices, hallways, entrances, and other assigned areas
• Restocking supplies as needed
• Following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Reporting low supplies, maintenance concerns, or other issues to your supervisor
• Completing assigned cleaning duties within the scheduled shift
• Representing Clean Team professionally while working at the customer location

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Be dependable and punctual
• Be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be able to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
• Have commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
