• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify student needs and connect students one-on-one to essential support services to enhance retention.
• Provide guidance during college enrollment, including applications, financial aid, scholarships, placement testing, course selection, and access to college resources.
• Deliver personalized career coaching and classroom workshops to help students set and pursue career goals.
• Assist with data management and maintain a resource database by researching community resources and collaborating with partners.
