Java Spring UI Tech Lead / Architect

Location: Chicago, IL

Required UI skillsets:

• HTML

• AJAX concepts

Required Programming skillsets:

• Java
• Spring Framework
• SQL
• Basic Unix experience

Background:

• 8+ years’ experience as a developer/tech lead
• Experience writing technical design documentation

iOS & UI Mobility Enterprise Architect

Location: Chicago, IL

Architecture experience delivering end-to-end mobility projects.

10+ years experience in Java technologies and 4 years in iOS or Android.

J2EE, Java, one or more mobile platforms (iOS, Android).

Responsibilities:

Conduct analysis, design, development, and rollout of mobile applications for the private banking portfolio.

Lead a team of developers in distributed locations.

Manage business partner relationships and consult to develop solutions meeting tactical and strategic needs.

Drive mobile capability and development across the organization through mentorship and partnership.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience delivering Android or iOS mobile applications (preferably with current apps in Google Play/iTunes store).
• 5+ years full life cycle software development.
• Experience in all parts of the mobile ecosystem including application development, deployment, 3rd party integration and cross‑platform solutions.
• Experience with back‑end/server‑side architectures (web services, databases, J2ee application servers).

Ideal Requirements:

• Experienced in WebLogic J2EE environments.
• Experienced in relational database development (Oracle, Sybase).

HTML Developer

Location: Jersey City

Job Description:

Produce accessible and semantically sound HTML5 components based on requirements, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes.

Extend CSS3 styling to meet digital experience expectations.

Adapt to constraints and conventions of content management systems, specifically IBM Web Content Management (WCM).

Write SQL queries against Oracle databases for test data.

Provide production support on a rotational basis and verify production deployments.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and focus on quality while adhering to milestone deliverables.
• Positive team interaction and collaboration using agile and scrum methodologies.
• Effective communication skills, process adherence and tracking using HP Quality Center.

Required Skills:

• Strong UI development and exposure to JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of AngularJS framework.
• Experience with other JS libraries and frameworks (Kendo UI) is a plus.
• Understanding of SDLC and experience in an Agile environment.
• Understanding of HTML5 (Web Workers, Web Sockets, Canvas, Local Storage).
• Understanding of CSS3 and responsive design concepts.
• Understanding of Node.JS.
• Banking domain experience is a plus.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area and 4–6 years of experience.
• Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to plan and accomplish goals with limited experience and judgment.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• High creativity and latitude expected.

Must Have Technical Qualifications:

• B.Tech or equivalent bachelor’s degree.

Salary Range: 85k negotiable for very strong profile.
