Rose International is seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs hosted on AWS. The role requires expertise in JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and cloud architectures with a strong emphasis on database design and best practices.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver innovative solutions, while adhering to agile methodologies and ensuring high-quality code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of professional full‑stack JavaScript development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and ReactJS with cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps and REST APIs in cloud environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS Lambdas, S3, SQS, SNS, Kafka, and Step Functions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to meet timelines.
• Design DB schemas in PostgreSQL for data integrity and performance.
• Contribute to process improvements and adopt new tech as needed.
• Engage with stakeholders to align goals with technical deliverables.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-hosted apps.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic team at Rose International. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and cloud technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs, primarily hosted on cloud platforms such as AWS. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs. A deep understanding of database design, cloud architecture, and best coding practices is essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (10+ years), NodeJS (10+ years), and ReactJS (5+ years).
• Strong experience with AWS services including Lambdas, S3, SQS, SNS, Kafka, and Step Functions (4+ years).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and react-testing-library.
• Proven ability to design and develop highly scalable REST APIs in cloud environments.
• Expertise in database design and management using PostgreSQL (5+ years).
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze business domains and collaborate with product teams for improvements.
• Experience working within agile, product-focused organizations.
• Flexibility to work with global teams across different time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and excellent team collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to learn, innovate, and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
