Job summary

AYR Global IT Solutions is seeking a JAVA + UI developer for a 6+ month contract in Bentonville, AR. The role focuses on Java/J2EE backend work with modern UI skills and collaboration in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of Java experience, Spring MVC, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and familiarity with CI/CD tools. EAD/GC or USC only are eligible for this assignment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong Java development (J2EE) experience.
• Strong web framework experience: Spring MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS.
• Experience with web services: SOAP, REST.
• HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS or Backbone.js).
• Known framework understanding and good deployment knowledge (Tomcat/Apache).
• Experience with deployment tooling: Maven, Git, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Jenkins.
• CI practices, TDD, and automated testing (JUnit, Cucumber).
• Experience with relational SQL databases; exposure to MongoDB NoSQL.
• Familiar with Secure Software Development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in science/tech/engineering/math field.
