Rapid Eagle Inc. is seeking a Java Technical Lead in the San Jose area for an onsite role. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.

Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure authentication, with strong collaboration across product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams. You will lead UI and backend development, implement CI/CD pipelines, and optimize performance while

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Java Full Stack Development experience
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Spring ecosystem
• Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with relational databases and Hibernate/JPA
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD practices

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web apps using Java and modern front-end frameworks
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices with Spring Boot
• Build responsive UI components with React.js/Angular
• Implement backend logic with Java/Spring Frameworks
• Optimize SQL queries and database schemas
• Integrate with third-party APIs and enterprise systems
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
• Implement secure auth with OAuth2/JWT/Spring Security
• Develop unit/integration tests with JUnit/Mockito
• Collaborate with DevOps to automate deployments and CI/CD
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Document designs, APIs, and coding standards
