SFE is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer/Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application design using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend tech. You will establish architecture, coding standards, and deployment strategies, while mentoring distributed teams on scalable, secure solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of software development, 2+ years in a leadership role, and BFSI domain experience, with strong CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud tooling capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application design and development using Java Full Stack technologies.


• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.


• Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies.


• Drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Full Stack Development

Develop backend services using:

• o Java 11+/17


• o Spring Boot


• o Microservices


• o REST APIs


• o Kafka/Messaging systems

Develop frontend applications using:

• o Angular / React


• o JavaScript / TypeScript


• o HTML5, CSS3

Design and optimize database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design scalable cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.


• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks.


• Participate in technical estimations and solution proposals.


• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for new technologies.

Project & Delivery Management

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.


• Break down requirements into technical user stories and tasks.


• Track sprint progress and resolve technical blockers.


• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Quality & Governance

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.


• Drive unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.


• Ensure application security and compliance requirements are met.


• Monitor production issues and lead root cause analysis activities.
