Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Java Tech Lead to drive initiatives and lead a team for a portal-based online application. The ideal candidate must exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, with substantial experience in Core Java/J2EE technologies, JavaScript, and project management in an onsite-offshore model. Job description

Java Tech Lead for Portal based online application

• Full-time

Good Leadership, Communication, ability to drive initiative, self-motivated, ability to build relationship with various stakeholders, Accountable and Resourceful – to be able to Technically lead the TCS team.

Experience Required on:

• Hands on Experience on Core Java/J2EE Technologies
• Hands on Experience in Java Script, Dojo, CSS and JSON
• Hands on Experience in Spring and AJAX
• Hands on experience in RAD /eclipse.
• WAS knowledge is required.
• Hands on Experience in GIT and Jenkins.
• Experience of leading at least 2 projects from end to end with onsite offshore delivery model
• Experience in understanding architectural documents and prepare high level and low level design documents
• Experience in creating technical solutions during different phases of application development
• Onsite-offshore coordination is a required skill
• Should be an individual contributor with excellent hands on in design and development
• Should be able to lead and mentor a team of 10-15 people (onsite and offshore team)
• Should be able to identify and create design patterns that could be used across multiple projects
• Should be comfortable working with offshore in different time zones
• If required code independently and solve technical problems
