Job summary

You will mentor engineers, drive code quality, security, and performance, and collaborate with architects, DevOps, and data teams to align technology with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development processes and Jira usage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable solutions using modern tech stack across front-end, back-end, and cloud.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive best practices for security and performance.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, DevOps, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust systems.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with financial sector requirements.
• Oversee implementation of technology solutions aligned with business goals and risk controls.
