Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Primary: Java, MyBatis
• Secondary: React, Angular
• RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Angular and React application development
• RDBMS / MS SQL Server
• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Java, React, and Angular.
• Bring 8+ years of experience in Java web application development, with strong hands-on development expertise.
• Demonstrate strong and hands-on experience with MyBatis.
• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop applications using Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Spring MVC.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and BDD testing practices.
• Deploy and manage applications in OpenShift containers or relevant cloud environments.
• Apply strong OOP concepts, Java design patterns, and microservice architecture principles.
• Work with relational databases, including MS SQL Server, and optimize database interactions.
• Author clear and detailed technical documentation describing proposed technical solutions and application designs.
• Apply security best practices, including PKI, OWASP guidelines, and secure application development principles.
• Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and application tuning.
• Design and implement Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
• Work with Apache Camel or Spring Integration where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality applications.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Work with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Utilize or integrate with NoSQL databases where required.
• Continuously develop technical and soft skills through training, mentorship, and professional development programs.
