Job summary

Turing is seeking a Software Engineering evaluator to create cutting-edge datasets for training and benchmarking AI models. You will curate code examples and solutions in Java, Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Rust, and Go, while evaluating and refining AI-generated code for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Several years of software engineering experience (3+ years).
Strong ability to build full-stack applications and deploy production-grade software.
Deep understanding of architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality.
Excellent oral and written communication for clear evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

Curate cutting-edge datasets for training and benchmarking AI models.
Develop and correct code examples primarily in Java and other languages.
Evaluate AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams on coding solutions.
Build verification agents to assess code quality and identify patterns.
