Job summary

BayOne Solutions in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a seasoned Java Backend Developer to join our team in a hybrid role. The position requires 9+ years of backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and modern development practices.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the lifecycle from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of Java backend development experience.
• Hands-on with Spring Framework and RESTful microservices.
• Experience with Cassandra or MongoDB databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and product management.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.
