Basic Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4.

Level 3 Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field of study with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design.
• Demonstrated experience with consistently delivering readable, maintainable and efficient code.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) is required.
• Position requires that you are able to obtain (and maintain) a Public Trust clearance.
• Must not have travelled outside of the US for a period of more than 6 months (or longer) within the last 5 years.

Level 4 Qualification

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field of study with a minimum of 9 years of IT experience.
• 5 or more years' experience in the following: Java, Java Applets and Java Scripts.
• 5 or more years' experience with: JSF, CSS/CSS3, HTML, SQL/Oracle SQL, Spring, Struts, Servlets, Web Containers and SVN.
• JPA/JPA2, Hibernate; Confluence; Eclipse.
• JQuery / JSON.
• Working knowledge of JDBC, SQL and database stored procedures.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design.
• Demonstrated experience with consistently delivering readable, maintainable and efficient code.
