Job summary

i-Link Solutions is seeking a Software Developer - Expert for the State of New York's Department of Health in Albany. You will design system architecture, model interactions, and develop web pages and interfaces, delivering complete software development and deployment tasks.

Required is extensive Java OOAD experience, Oracle PL/SQL, Spring MVC, Struts, JavaScript frameworks, responsive web apps, REST/SOAP services, and CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• 84 months of OOAD experience in Java.
• 48 months of Oracle PL/SQL experience.
• 36 months of Spring MVC experience.
• 24 months of Struts experience.
• 24 months of JavaScript frameworks experience.
• 12 months of responsive web applications experience.
• 12 months of Java web services (REST/SOAP) experience.
• 12 months of CI/CD pipeline experience.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and develop system models specifying interactions between multiple systems;
• Develop and/or modify technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation;
• Develop web pages and user interfaces;
• Software development and deployment tasks including coding, testing, and implementation.
