Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to the requirements, design, and implementation of Java/Scala based software solutions. You will participate in coding, code reviews, and testing strategies, while helping to document and transition to new systems across banking and financial services domains.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, a strong SDLC grounding, and experience with microservices and distributed architectures in a global delivery

Formación

• Experience in Scala including functional programming concepts.
• Experience in Core Java, multithreading, concurrency, collections and JVM tuning.
• Design and development of RESTful APIs and microservices using Scala/Java frameworks.
• Experience with Akka and actor-based systems for distributed applications.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in a global delivery environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate features into existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive reliability improvements.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
