As a Software Engineer, you’ll:
Design, develop, and maintain tools and services that support enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
Work cross-functionally with software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers.
Deliver seamless integrations that improve usability and support the agency's broader mission objectives.
Develop in high-performance environments with technologies such as containerization tools, real-time systems, data transport services, and mission-critical application monitoring systems.
Proficiency using the Linux Command Line Interface (CLI)
Development experience with Java, Python, or Rust in a Linux environment
Experience writing Bash, Python, or Groovy scripts to automate tasks and workflows
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible, Salt, or Puppet
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and practices
Experience maintaining mission-critical applications in a Linux environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with external customers
5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Top Secret clearance with successful polygraph
