Job summary

CitiusTech in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Java ODM Developer to join an Agile engineering team building healthcare applications. You will implement new features using Java, ODM, Spring Boot, Hibernate and microservices, with a focus on US healthcare RCM and clinical workflows.

You should have strong communication, planning and mentoring skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of US Healthcare, especially on RCM (revenue cycle management), clinicals (medications, orders, labs, etc)
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Excellent communication skills (including English) and strong problem solving and critical thinking
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Technical leadership and mentoring
• Excellent team player with strong communication, inter-personal, presentation skills

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
