Job summary

A growing tech company in Cranston, Rhode Island is seeking an experienced IT professional with at least 4 years in troubleshooting java/.net applications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in development, configuration, and 3 Tier application architecture, along with ITIL foundation certification. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, and only U.S. citizens or authorized workers can apply. Job Description

• At least 4 years of experience in troubleshooting java/.net based applications.
• At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Good understanding of 3 Tier application architecture
• ITIL foundation certified / good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
• In-depth knowledge of Unix OS, Unix commands. Good PL/SQL knowledge
• Basic shell scripting knowledge
• Experience in 24x7 application support eco system, preferably in onshore-offshore delivery model

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
