Job summary

A growing software development company in Costa Mesa is seeking a seasoned Java Developer with over 10 years of experience in Java/J2EE applications, specifically using Spring/Spring Boot. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical and communication skills and be willing to travel for management consulting. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the position is a full-time opportunity for U.S. citizens and certain visa holders only.

Job Description:-

• At least 10 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Design / Detailing / Application Integration / Coding.
• At least 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE applications development using Spring/Spring Boot, with hands-on experience in Tomcat/ IBM WebSphere, Linux, and supporting frameworks such as Ant, Maven, Groovy, along with tooling like Jenkins, JMeter, SOAP UI, Git, Stash. RESTful services implementation, understanding REST/JSON vocabulary, PAAS and IAAS offerings.
• At least 7 years of experience in Development / Configuration / solutions evaluation / Validation and deployment.
• At least 7 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Analytical and good Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
