OnTrac Solutions LLC seeks a Java Lead (Spring WebFlux) to guide a development team in Las Vegas. You will own technical design, API and microservice architecture, and production stability, including incident management and RCA.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep Spring reactive experience, and the ability to coordinate with management with clear updates. Onsite in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 12+ years IT experience after degree.
• Proven technical lead experience leading a development team.
• Spring reactive programming with Spring WebFlux.
• Banking and payments domain experience.
• Strong production support, incident management, RCA, and application-stability ownership.

Responsabilités

• Lead a development team: set technical direction, review code, and mentor engineers.
• Design and build reactive microservices with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux.
• Design APIs and apply sound architecture and design patterns across services.
• Build event-driven integrations with Kafka.
• Own production support and application stability: incident response, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Work across SQL and NoSQL data stores, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide regular status and technical updates to management and stakeholders.
