Job summary

An IT Staffing and consulting firm is seeking a Java/J2ee/Spring developer with a strong background in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and JBPM for a full-time role in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, or those authorized to work in the U.S. Sorry, no H4-EAD or L2-EAD, OPT-EAD, or H1B consultants are accepted.

• Full-time
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience working on Java/J2ee Technologies with experience in Spring, Hibernate and JBPM.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Spring (Spring-core, Spring-MVC, Spring-AOP), Hibernate technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience to Financial Services, Investment domain.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
