This role involves designing, coding, testing, and documenting programs, as well as providing application support. The programmer will work with business partners to define system application requirements and contribute to the full development lifecycle of the capability being delivered.Key Responsibilities* Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications.* Collaborate with business partners to define requirements for system applications.* Contribute to story refinement and estimate work necessary for delivery.* Perform proof of concepts to mitigate risk and implement new ideas.* Set up and automate the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.* Handle technical aspects of the application, including change management, maintenance, and platform upgrades.* Analyze present-state systems and develop alternative future-state approaches.* Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables and timelines.Required Qualifications**Education:** A degree from an accredited university is required. A BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline is specified.**Experience:** Approximately 10+ years of applicable experience is required.
