Job summary

INT Technologies is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of application development experience, with a strong focus on Java/J2EE and front-end technologies.

The ideal candidate will lead complex applications, collaborate with programming teams, and provide expert guidance throughout the development process. Those with the ability to work under W2 without sponsorship are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ application development and implementation experience.
• Expertise as a full stack developer with a focus on front-end technologies.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE development and UI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex application development initiatives as a team lead.
• Analyze and solve intricate technical problems requiring significant data evaluation.
• Serve as an expert resource for the programming team in development and implementation.

• Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives.
• Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
• Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.
• Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.
• Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.
• Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ application development and implementation experience. Full stack java/J2EE developer with more front end experience.
