Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java backend development
• Practical experience using Generative AI tools (Copilot GenAI preferred) in software development
• Experience working with Azure cloud services
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms
• Experience building OLTP systems and data‑intensive applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, or large‑scale catalog systems
• Familiarity with microservices and event‑driven architectures
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
