Tech3pillars Technologies in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Lead to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. The role emphasizes strong Java/Spring Boot backend capabilities and modern UI with ReactJS, along with leadership responsibilities.

You will guide teams, implement REST APIs & microservices, and ensure robust SDLC practices. The position requires 8–10 years of experience and is onsite five days a week at the client office.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Java/Spring Boot backend and ReactJS frontend expertise.
• Proven experience in building full-stack enterprise apps.
• Hands-on with REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Mentor/coach development teams and guide SDLC practices.
• Experience with automated testing using Selenium is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise full-stack applications.
• Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop modern user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Implement automated testing using Selenium.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to development teams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Work from the client office 5 days per week.
