Job summary

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, including API design, microservices, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, and React.js expertise.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Exposure to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js.
• Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance to offshore teams and ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, testing, and SDLC processes.
• Contribute to AI chatbots and RAG initiatives when applicable.
