Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 1 in the United States to contribute across the SDLC, crafting scalable software solutions. The role emphasizes full-stack development with Java and Angular, Python proficiency, and experience with AWS services.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing software, coding to specifications, testing, and maintaining deployments. Willingness to relocate/travel and work in the US is expected for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Full-stack software engineering with Java and Angular.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building and scaling AWS-based applications.
• Experience with EC2, SNS, SQS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of Spring and Angular frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or alternative experience; relocation/travel may be required; authorizations to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing user needs via interviews and workshops.
• Participate in design discussions to define software specifications.
• Develop, refine, and document code per detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, and report defects to the development team.
• Support the integration of new software features into the existing system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications and document maintenance procedures.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions.
