Job summary

IntePros is seeking a strong Full Stack Engineer to join a team supporting and developing critical enterprise applications. This hands-on role emphasizes a heavy backend focus and ownership of existing applications plus new development.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full-stack experience, strong backend skills, and the ability to work with vendors and business stakeholders in enterprise settings. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude or Codex is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong backend focus (60%+)
• Experience taking ownership of applications from development through production
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with vendors and business stakeholders
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Windsurf, or similar is highly preferred
• Experience with spec-driven development is a plus
