Job summary

Deloitte in Tampa seeks an experienced Software Engineer III- Java Full Stack Developer to join the AI & Systems Co-Design team on a Project Delivery Model. You will design, build, and optimize tools powering AI platforms and advanced devices, while collaborating cross-functionally on large-scale challenges with global impact.

Responsibilities include backend services with Java/Spring Boot, APIs, and data stores; code reviews; sprint ceremonies; and driving stability and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software, systems, or embedded engineering.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Join our AI and Systems Co-Design team, pioneering high-performance software and hardware technologies for AI and next-generation consumer devices. As a Consultant, you’ll help design, build, and optimize foundational tools and applications that power cutting-edge AI platforms and smart devices. Qualifications

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
