Job summary

Analytics Solutions is seeking a seasoned Java Enterprise Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, J2EE, and modern full-stack technologies.

You will build backend services and RESTful APIs, collaborate with teams and stakeholders, ensure performance, security, and regulatory compliance, and promote automation and AI-assisted development practices to continuously improve reliability.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to enable secure communication between enterprise systems across insurance and healthcare domains.
• Coordinate end-to-end technical delivery, including development, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and communicate technical progress.
• Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans to minimize delivery issues.
• Promote engineering automation and effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, performance, and reliability.

Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise applications using Java and modern full-stack technologies. The role involves developing backend services and RESTful APIs, building user interfaces, and integrating applications and systems. Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange, application security, performance, and compliance with established development standards and best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, J2EE, and modern full-stack technologies.

Conduct code reviews and ensure consistency, maintainability, and quality across deliverables.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to enable secure and seamless communication between enterprise systems across the insurance and healthcare domains.
