Job summary

ScrollTab is seeking a senior engineer to lead the end-to-end development of enterprise applications in a Java/Spring Boot and microservices stack. You will architect scalable data models and build real-time pipelines with Kafka, while integrating with SQL/NoSQL databases and Snowflake for analytics.

Ideal candidates have Hadoop experience and are comfortable working with AI-driven development workflows within an Agile, fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong expertise in: Spring Boot, Microservices
• Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and AI-driven development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and production support.
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
