Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Dallas seeks an experienced Senior Applications Web Developer with deep Java full‑stack expertise to design, develop, and modernize mission‑critical government applications.

You will build REST APIs and microservices, create responsive Angular interfaces with Spring Boot, and work with SQL databases, applying secure coding practices and AI‑assisted development tools to improve quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional Java full‑stack development experience.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Applications Web Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java Full Stack development to design, develop, maintain, and modernize mission-critical government applications.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases, along with exposure to AI-assisted development tools.

Required Technical Skills:

Backend: Java 11/21, Spring Boot 2.6/3, Spring JDBC, JPA

Databases: SQL, Relational Databases, Database Design and Integration

Development Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, SDLC

Testing: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Application Security, Performance and Accessibility Testing

AI Tools: Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and development practices

Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional Java Full Stack development experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with State Government or Criminal Justice applications

Knowledge of Corrections, Courts, Law Enforcement, Parole, or Public Safety systems

Experience with Java 8, Struts 1/2, Hibernate, jQuery

Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Informix, Subversion, and Ant

Experience with SAFe Agile methodology and application security best practices
