Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join our client’s hybrid team in Addison, TX or Jersey City, NJ. You will develop and maintain RESTful services and scalable microservices while collaborating with stakeholders across functional areas.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in full-stack development, strong Core Java, OpenShift, Jenkins and Ansible, plus experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain web services and RESTful interfaces to support business applications.
• Design, build, and optimize distributed and scalable microservices to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Participate in story refinement, requirement definition, and estimation to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and document processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What's Needed?

• At least 8-10 years of experience in full-stack development, with exposure to the financial sector preferred.
• Proficiency in Core Java, with working knowledge of RedHat OpenShift, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Experience with web services development, REST APIs, and database management (relational and non-relational).
• Strong understanding of source code repositories like GIT, and continuous integration/deployment strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
