Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to modernize and enhance banking applications. The role involves refactoring existing systems, building features, and deploying to Kubernetes with CI/CD automation.

You will work across Java Spring Boot backend and React frontend, delivering scalable microservices in cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience, deep Java/Spring Boot expertise, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and strong CI/CD skills in Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Refactor and modernize existing Java applications for maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop and enhance responsive user interfaces using React.
• Analyze legacy applications and implement modernization strategies.
• Participate in code reviews, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Containerize applications using Docker.
• Deploy, configure, and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters.
• Troubleshoot deployment, performance, and scalability issues in containerized environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps activities.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver quality software.
