Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks a Java Full Stack Developer with Banking Domain Exp for a contract onsite role in Berkeley Heights, NJ (onsite) with potential to work at related client locations in the US. You will design, build and maintain core banking services, including RESTful and SOAP APIs, data access layers, and integrated messaging.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with client Commercial Center platform and related banking applications.
• Hands on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs and SOAP Web Services; SQL and relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Expertise in service integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain services and integrations within the client Commercial Center ecosystem.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and backend components for banking applications.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop reusable services and components; adhere to enterprise architecture standards.
• Perform impact analysis, estimation, and technical design reviews.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and provide timely resolution.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
• Create technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on project deliverables.
