Key Responsibilities

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Develop and implement effective remediation strategies for application-related challenges.

*This role requires working Onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, NYC or Jersey City/Pennington, NJ*

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience with Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development Associate Degree

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Angular Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and Microservices Architecture
