Job Title: Java Full Stack

Contract Position

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Full Stack Java Developer / Business Analyst to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development expertise, experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop scalable solutions, and support end-to-end software delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development and business analysis.
• Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack Development with a focus on backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience integrating with or supporting third-party enterprise applications, including Workforce Management (WFM), CRM, and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) platforms.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
