You will contribute to sprint planning, design reviews, and integrating third-party services while building fault-tolerant systems and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions
Carry the Growth Mindset platform work that supports the CA expansion
Question and improve the Conflict Resolution pattern
Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the Wealth Solutions Inc stack
Defend uptime with on-call pages during off-hours in Moreno Valley
Lead technical design reviews for mid-level technology initiatives
Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging Growth Mindset and MongoDB
Pair-program tricky Kafka edge cases with engineers in Moreno Valley, CA
