Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Experience with Pega integration (PRPC, workflows, services, or APIs).
• Ability to write high-quality, scalable, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications, delivering high-quality code.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Pega developers, QA, DevOps, and product owners to deliver features.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize for reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Support deployment activities and rollout of new features.
• Work with QA to validate functionality and resolve defects.
• Utilize monitoring and logging tools to detect performance issues.
