• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

• Excellent core Java skills including collections, algorithms, multithreading, OOP and design patterns
• Knowledge of ETL tools like ODI , talend , Pentaho, Informatica, Pervasive, SSIS etc.
• (**) Good Knowledge of Relational Databases, JDBC, ODBC, SQL technologies (**)
• Experience with J2EE framework (JSP, Servlet, EJB, JMS, JSF, JMX)
• (**) Experience with components in Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Pig, Impala, Ambari, Oozie, Sqoop, Zookeeper, Mahout) (**)
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra and Hbase
• Good understanding of parsing, querying and transforming XML, HTML, and JSON files
• Experience in creating and interfacing with SOAP/WSDL/XML/REST web services
• Experience in building or supporting web applications with JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML and AJAX
• Experienced in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
• Experienced with Scrum, test-driven development and Continuous Integration environments
