Job summary

Iris Software Inc. is seeking a Java Backend Developer with AI experience for a hybrid role in Austin TX / Southlake TX. You will design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, and work with microservices and RESTful APIs.

You will collaborate with product owners and architects, participate in code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD workflows in an Agile environment, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience using AI tools like Copilot and Claude Code.
• Experience building scalable backend with Spring Boot.
