We are looking for a software developer to help us design, develop, and support our client's market data platform. We are a small team of talented developers working on all aspects of the system including client libraries in many different languages, 0MQ-based middleware, web applications, and Hadoop storage and analysis.

• Experience with dynamic languages such as Python or Perl as well as static languages like C, Java or Go.
• Network and system administration skills are a big plus.
• Proficiency with Linux development tools (our client primarily develops on Linux and our client's internal platform).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience using GitHub and contributing to open‑source projects.
• Referrals to projects maintained, code published on the Internet, blogs, papers, Stack Overflow questions, mailing list contributions, etc., are appreciated.
• Technology we use include Linux, 0MQ, Tornado, Docker, Hadoop/HDFS, Kafka, autotools, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Python, C, Golang, Elasticsearch.
