Quality & Reliability (QnR) is seeking a Java Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support complex information systems. You will work across a range of technologies, contributing to scalable, reliable software and engaging with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

The role emphasizes building RESTful services, database design, testing, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow within QnR Group across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 2–4 years of professional Java development experience (Java 8+, Spring Boot, Java EE).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience with RESTful development, database design, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java and Spring Boot applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and relational database solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for quality and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, documentation, and releases.
• Maintain and optimize existing applications, improving performance and functionality.
