Employment Type: Contract (12 months) to Direct Hire

Join our team as a talented Java Developer specializing in Python and cloud technologies, where you'll be at the forefront of designing scalable, innovative applications that power critical business solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, blending full-stack development, cloud deployment, and modern infrastructure practices to create high-performance systems.

Candidates will engage in developing full-stack solutions, building microservices, RESTful APIs, and integrating cloud services, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable software that drives business success.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Java (Spring Boot, Spring Framework) and Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django)
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
• Strong database skills including SQL optimization and data modeling (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of security best practices, authentication/authorization, and cloud native development

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes container orchestration
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and supporting cloud-native applications in enterprise environments
